Travel back in time and to Paris, and join with two notorious art thieves; Remy and Raoul Mouchard. The pair are attempting to steal off with some of the world’s most famous pieces of art. Can you assist them with being successful in their mission? Hopefully so, because this Rival Gaming I-Slots product will provide you with all of the necessary tools and plenty of entertainment in return.

As an I-Slot, there’s an awful lot going on in the game; you’ll need to select the masterpiece to steal, then gather tools to assist them with it, eluding the authorities, then sell the piece. The setup is five reels, three rows, and 15 pay lines, although you can bet on fewer. Altering your bet is done first by selecting a specific coin value between 1p and £1. You can then bring up to five of these into play per line for a maximum bet possibility of £75 per spin.

On the visual side, Rival Gaming has made sure to incorporate some fitting graphics into Reel Crime: Art Heist. You’ll certainly feel like you’re in the art gallery, especially when you see the symbols upon the reels which come in the form of paintings. However, some of them have been manipulated by the two thieves. Any of the four basic paintings can provide a maximum pay-out of 100x your bet, while the slightly larger ones reward you with up to 500x your wager.

Special Features

The Forger

A game like this wouldn’t be right if there wasn’t someone trying to forge paintings to sell on for beyond what they’re worth. As it happens, the forger is the one who represents the wild symbol. Therefore, he will stand in for all other basic symbols in this game, helping you with creating winning combinations as he does.

The only icons he won’t substitute for are the scatter and bonus additions. However, if he does manage to form part of a win, he will multiply the pay-out by 2x.

Game Logo

The game’s own logo also appears on the reels of Reel Crime: Art Heist, and it operates as a scatter symbol. This means that it will be able to provide a pay-out from any position on the reels. Three, four or five of this one coming into view will also trigger the game’s bonus round.

During this feature, you need to eliminate boxes until you discover one that hides a masterpiece. Each box that you choose which doesn’t possess a masterpiece will reduce your overall win amount from the bonus round.

Robin Hood Bonus Round

You may find the Robin Hood Bonus Round comes into play when you least expect it, and this occurs completely at random during base gameplay.

There are various different Robin Hood rounds that you can play through, with the highest possible win being from the Mona Lisa at 1,000 coins.

Masterpiece Scatters

There are also four masterpieces present as symbols on the reels, which all come with a purple background. They include the aforementioned Mona Lisa, The Scream by Edvard Munch and two others.

You’ll receive a pay-out from these paintings wherever they show up on the reels as long as at least three of them can be seen. If you manage to spin four or five of them into view anywhere then you’ll move on to the next round of the I-Slot.

These rounds play out in the following way:

  • Round 1: The Plan – Select a masterpiece for Remy and Raoul to try and steal.
  • Round 2: The Tools – Gather various tools to assist the boys with the theft.
  • Round 3: The Getaway – Elude the Gendarmerie to escape from the gallery.
  • Round 4: The Painting – Locate an art collector who is completely without scruples.
  • Round 5: Beach of Bastille – Make a sale without being caught by the Gendarmerie.

You can follow your progress through these rounds and level by clicking on the Game Map, shown below.
