The title would suggest that with 50,000 Pyramid you are going to be playing yet another Egyptian theme game. But in reality it’s based on an American Gameshow of the same name. What you get is the chance to fight it out for 50,000 coins with every spin of the slot. Granted, the theme could have been a bit more imaginative, but then again, the number of slots that are currently in the industry means there is always going to be a cross over at some point.
The game is your 5 reel, 15 payline game and whilst the lack of 20 or even 25 payline options is disappointing, we feel the game works fine with a 15-line grid. You do get a chunk of wilds, pyramid game, bonus features and free spins round too, so it’s not all bad!
Special Features
The aim of the game is to get into the Winners Circle and this is the slots bonus round. To get in you need to pick up the Winners Circle Bonus symbol on three or more of the reels in any position. Once you’ve done this, you’ve got your ticket to the circle.
The circle is where you rack up your free spins and multipliers to take onto the next section. The Pyramid allows you to choose from a number of Trillions, with each having a different reward behind it. You may also be given rewards such as additional picks or move onto the next round to make it even more enticing.
Free Spins
The free spins section is totally dependent on how well you’ve done from the previous round. Any spins or multiplier that you have earned will be carried across. Please note that any multipliers will be that of the stake that you used prior to getting into the feature round. The number of free spins is potentially endless, but we found that you’ll likely be looking around the 10-30 mark. The game does come with additional spins in game, and this is triggered when you hit 4 or more scatters.

Verdict
Whilst on first glance the slot doesn’t look like anything special, it’s safe to say that we were pleasantly surprised with what is on offer. The game includes a really good feature and free spins round, of which was good fun to play. Any slot that includes some sort of extra interaction with its players is a positive in our eyes and we liked the fact that your destiny was in your own hands from within the features. The 15-payline game is a little disappointing at first, but we soon got over this to be honest and thoroughly enjoyed our time on 50,000 Pyramid.
