RTG isn’t one to shy away from a theme just because they have touched on it before. The Naughty List is one of their Christmas themed games, complete with scantily clad women and all; and this one, The Nice List, is another, although it takes a different angle entirely. The Nice List takes you inside a festively decorated house, with a Christmas tree on the left of the reels and a wreath on the right. Oh, and the scantily clad girls are still here as well.
Upon the reels of the game you’ll find the various symbols starting with greeting cards featuring the playing cards from 9 to A. Then comes a plate of cookies and some milk for Santa, and a shot of some stockings hung from the mantlepiece. The two highest paying symbols are of the slot’s nice girls; one opening a gift containing a fluffy puppy and the other delivering a stack of gifts.
The Nice List also features a slightly larger-than-average layout for you to play on, containing five reels and four rows plus a set of 1,024 ways to win. This isn’t a part of the slot that you’re able to customise, obviously, but then again with so many winning possibilities why would you want to? You can customise your bet though; simply use the up and down buttons at the bottom of the reels to choose from wagers between 50p and £5 per spin.
Special Features
The Lucky Feature can come into effect at the end of any standard base game spin, so you won’t need to wait for anything in particular to trigger it. Santa Claus
Santa Claus himself makes an appearance in this slot game and he will operate as its’ wild addition. He will appear as a grouped wild on reels two, three, four, and five only, but when he does he will substitute for all other symbols on the reels.
This applies to all symbols except the game’s scatter icon. Yet the arrival of Santa will always mark a great occasion, as he can contribute towards huge wins.
Santa’s Nice List
Of course, Santa has to have a nice list of all the well behaved children who deserve presents this Christmas, and the symbol of the nice list is the one that represents this slot’s scatter addition. Should it come into view anywhere on the reels it will provide you with a pay-out of up to 500x your in-play stake. Not only that, but The Nice List has a feature round that is triggered by this scatter symbol.
Whenever three or more of the scatter symbol show up across the reels, one of two features will be activated. But you’ll need to click on one of the scatter symbols to reveal which of them you’re getting to play through.
Santa’s Spins Feature – Should you manage to reveal the Santa’s Spins Feature round behind a scatter, you’ll be given 15 free spins of the reels.
